Ask which wallet and payment flow the merchant accepts. Review the recipient, amount, currency, funding method, and fees inside the app. Keep your receipt and check the app’s final transaction status.
If the payment is declined, read the message and check for pending charges before retrying. The troubleshooting guide can help you decide which official support channel to contact.
